Livin' Large in Logandale

When traveling between Las Vegas and St. George on Interstate 15 most people just speed by at about 80 miles per hour and never know what they have missed. Just off of exit 93 is a beautiful lush valley in the Nevada desert, Moapa Valley. It is mostly a farming community that has grown tremendously in recent years. When we were driving up to St. George we got a kick out of a huge billboard that advertised "Living Large in Logandale". Nearly 100 years ago Jack's grandparents entered the valley and there is still a large population of his family living there.
We were able to visit with Ace and Anna Marie Robison when we were in the valley yesterday. We had a great visit and we also drove around the valley so that Jack could reminise about Logandale where he grew up. Thank heavens for air conditioning because it was a cool 108 degrees.
This is the hospital where Jack first made his appearance in this world. Luckily for all of our new mothers our new hospitals are bigger and better equiped.
